Jamie Foxx has joined the office comedy Horrible Bosses says The Hollywood Reporter.

Based on Michael Markowitz's spec script--The film tells the story of three best friends who, frustrated by their jobs, come to the conclusion that the only solution is to kill each other's bosses.

Jason Bateman and Charlie Day will play two of the employees while Jennifer Aniston and Colin Farrell will be two of the bosses with targets on their backs.

Foxx will take on a comedic role and play a scam artist named Motherf***er Jones who offers some advice to the three friends who have murder in mind.

Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley rewrote the script, while Seth Gordon is on tap to call action.

Brett Ratner and Jay Stern are producing that pic.
