Variety reports that Summit Entertainment has picked up a spec script from Boaz Yakin (Remember the Titans) and Edward Ricourt called Now You See Me.The premise sees an FBI squad caught in a game of cat-and-mouse against a team of the world's greatest illusionists who pull off a series of daring bank heists during performances, showering the profits on their audiences while staying one step ahead of the authorities.
Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci will produce the pic while Bobby Cohen will exec produce with Yakin.
