Adam Brody, Marley Shelton, and Erik Knudsen have joined the cast of Scream 4 says Heat Vision.
Screenwriter Kevin Williamson reunites with director Wes Craven and franchise stars Neve Campbell Courteney Cox Arquette and David Arquette as they welcome aboard new potential victims of Ghostface Emma Roberts Lauren Graham Nico Tortorella Hayden Panettiere ("Heroes") and Rory Culkin.
Brody will play a cop recently graduated from college who grew up on CSI, Shelton is replacing Lake Bell as a deputy who knew Sidney (Campbell) in high school.
Knudsen will serve as the comic relief/geek knowledge character similar to Jamie Kennedy's Randy character in the original series.
Craven, Williamson and Iya Labunka are producing. Filming kicked off this week in Michigan for an April 15th bow next year.
