Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, the writing pals behind Superbad and The Green Hornet, wrote the script (which was originally penned by Jared Stern and appeared on the 2009 Black List) about a newcomer who hopes to make friends with his neighbors in a suburban cul-de-sac by joining their Neighborhood Watch team. Things take a turn for the strange when aliens invade their small community.
This one's been around for awhile kids Directors like David Dobkin (Wedding Crashers) and Peter Segal previously attached to the film, and Will Ferrell poised to star.
