With "Paradise Lost" delayed, Comic Book News says Bradley Cooper may take on a well known bad guy role before he wears Lucifer's wings.
Cooper is said to be in talks to make a cameo appearance as Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder's big budget reboot Superman: Man of Steel
Michael Shannon's General Zod is the film's main villain, but early drafts of the script had Luthor as the bad guy. The thought that a cameo by Luthor serves as a set up for future films makes sense.
I gotta say that if true--Cooper seems too "pretty boy" for Luthor in any way as far as I'm concerned...Hmmm...

David S. Goyer wrote the first screenplay draft based on a story he concocted with Christopher Nolan with bro Jonah Nolan taking a crack at the task as well Kurt Johnstad did rewrites
Charles Roven, Emma Thomas Deborah Snyder, and Nolan will be producers on the film.
MOS flies into theaters June 14th 2013.
