T.J. Fixman wrote the script, which revolves around a by-the-books rookie cop on his first night on the job and his jaded veteran partner. The pair are tasked with transporting a federal witness from New Jersey to Manhattan. The only things standing between them: dirty cops, dirty criminals and the Hudson River.

The pic will see Green re-team with two of his "Horrible Bosses" actors - Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis. The trio will also work on its comedy sequel Horrible Bosses 2 this Summer
