Friday the 13th Goes Found Footage?

The folks that care for the Friday the 13th film franchise are said to be considering the idea of making the next chapter a found footage movie.

Shock Till You Drop reports that they are actively set to take pitches for a new movie using the found footage format.

The property is back at Paramount now, which looks to continue their success with the micro budgeted horror like the Paranormal Activity film series, but Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes is still involved (they produced the 2009 reboot).
