Jason Reitman Charts The Possibilities"

Jason Reitman is attached to direct a film adaptation of "The Possibilities" says Variety.

"The Descendants" author Kaui Hart Hemmings wrote the forthcoming novel which is set in a Colorado ski town and follows a grieving mother struggling to overcome her son's death.She is soon visited by a girl with a secret that will change them both.

Reitman and Helen Estabrook are producing the film.
