Nicolas Cage is in line to play the villain in "The Green Hornet" says Variety.Seth Rogen's got the title role while Cameron Diaz is negotiating to play a reporter and love interest.
If Cage does indeed play the baddie--at least we can all rest assured he'll have no problem chewing the scenery...Ugh!
Rogen and Evan Goldberg wrote the script from which Michel Gondry directs. Filming kicks off this Fall for a July 9th, 2010.
They still have to replace the departed Stephen Chow, who was up for the part of Hornet sidekick Kato.
