Hostel filmmaker Eli Roth is preparing to direct both his sci-fi movie Endangered Species and the horror film Thanksgiving this fall and winter says VarietyThe idea for "Thanksgiving," originally appeared as a faux trailer for Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino in “Grindhouse”
He plans to shoot the films back-to-back with 'Species' going first. Roth is also set to produce the martial arts film "The Man with the Iron Fist" with rapper-turned first time-director Robert Fitzgerald Diggs (aka.RZA ) calling action.
Roth is also starting the push for director Daniel Stamm’s exorcism flick “Cotton” which he produced
Finally a third "Hostel" feature is in development, Roth said he's not involved in any way.
