An adaptation of author M.L. Stedman's debut novel , the story follows a lighthouse keeper and his wife living on a remote Australian island in the years following the end of World War I. The pair are soon faced with a moral dilemma when a boat washes up on their with a dead man and a two-year-old. They raise the child as their own with devastating consequences.
David Heyman and Jeffrey Clifford will produce the film.
