Danny Huston will join the cast of Ridley Scott's "Robin Hood" film (a.k.a. "Nottingham") as King Richard according to The Hollywood Reporter.Huston will plays the historical figure Richard I of England, also known as Richard the Lionheart because of his exploits during the Third Crusade.
Russell Crowe plays the legendary folk hero in the movie, originally scripted by Ethan Reiff, Cyrus Voris and Brian Helgeland and then reworked by Tom Stoppard.
Cate Blanchett is Maid Marian and Matthew Macfadyen will play the Sheriff.
Filming is underway in the UK.
Can't wait to see some footage.
