Three rumors are making the rounds today concerning the DC Cinematic Universe...
Latino Review
posted two of them and relate back to
the recent news that Dwayne Johnson had a meeting with WB about a DC superhero movie
The site claims he will indeed be working on a DC film this
year, but it's not the "Man of Steel Sequel" but rather the "Justice League" film.
WAIT, WHAT?
Their source claims the plan is to shoot
"Justice League" back-to-back with MOS 2 They add that the film ends with a BIG cliffhanger/teaser
that leads right into "Justice League" flick
Doing this would allow them to maximize the filming schedules of Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck and Johnson are in high demand. It would
also explain the flurry of superhero casting rumors despite "Batman vs.
Superman" only featuring a few of the Justice League members.
Is the JL script even close to being ready? Who would direct?
Doesn't Affleck have directing commitments once he wraps MOS 2?
The other rumor today comes from Comic Book Movie and Bad Ass Digest, both of whom claim they know who'll play Aquaman in a cameo in MOS 2.
The former thinks it's "Intelligence" series star Josh Holloway.
The latter says it's Jason Momoa, despite his denials of
being involved in the project at all
