Morgan Works The Fields; Losers Moves Back

This certainly has been a newsworthy few days for actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan first he lands the Michael Bassett thriller The Unblinking Eye and now the Watchmen star has joined the cast of another dark murder mystery thriller Ami Canaan Mann's dark "The Fields says Bloody Disgusting.

Based on a true story, the story follows a pair of cops - one from Texas ( Sam Worthington) the other from New York (Morgan), investigating a string of nearly sixty unsolved murders over two decades amidst the oil refineries and industrial wastelands of in the south-east Gulf Coast region of Texas.

Produced by pops Michael Mann and Michael Jaffe from a script by Don Ferrarone as production kicks off in April in Louisiana.



There's also word today that after delaying the film two months from April 9th to June 4th, lasr week the comic book adaptation The Losers starring Morgan--back to its originil April 23rd release date says site eRc Box Office

Hoping to o that it would not compete for box office with another Warner Bros.movie, Clash of the Titans, competition with the studio's own "Clash of the Titans" opening a week earlier on April 2nd. it then put 'Losers' in a more crowded Summer slot, with the higher profile film version of "The A-Team" set to bow the following week -- with a very similar plot premise.

Now back on April 23rd, the film will battle the "MacGruber " comedy and "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps." due the same day.
