Adam Marcus and Stephen Susco have turned in drafts of the script that supposedly picks up immediately where Tobe Hooper's original 1974 pic ended, then flashes forward to present
Carl Mazzocone will produce the pic. Avi Lerner and Mark Burg are exec producing.
Do we need another remake of this mythos in 3-D no less? Ugh!
Production is slated to begin in June, 2011.
