TMT now says that talk of a team-up project has started again
The site's source says "what we're hearing is two separate incarnations are being tooled. One version where the World's Greatest Detective is firmly established and helps mentor an up-and-coming, fresh-faced Supes and vice versa."
They also say that they're getting Henry Cavill to reprise his Superman role, and they'll try and coax Christian Bale back as Bats but will recast if he sticks to his Done with Batman after TDKR montra

The report seems speculative at best, save for its claim that the studio hasn't really settled on any of its plans for DC films after The Dark Knight Rises and "Superman: Man of Steel"
