Jon Amiel will direct a comedy with the working title "Old Timers" says The Hollywood Reporter.
Based upon the Noah Haidle play, the story deals with two retired hitmen who enjoy a night living it up before one of them faces a deadly decision.
Filming aims to begin later in the year.
