Kathy Baker and Amanda Crew have joined the fantasy romance "The Age of Adaline" says THR.
The action follows a young woman (Blake Lively) killed and then revived in a freak accident that physiologically locks her into her late twenties. After decades of living a solitary existence, she finally meets a man (Michiel Huisman) who might be worth losing her immortality over so they can grow old together.
Ellen Burstyn and Harrison Ford also star.
Lee Toland Krieger's calling action using a script by J. Mills Goodloe and Salvador Paskowitz with revisions by Allison Burnett,
Steve Golin, Alix Madigan, Sidney Kimmel, Tom Rosenberg and Gary Lucchesi will produce the pic.
Jim Tauber and Eric Reid will executive produce.
The project was previously set up as a vehicle for actress Katherine Heigl and director Andy Tennant. Gabriele Muccino and Isabel Coixet were also attached at one point. None of them are involved now.
Production begins later this month.
