The story follows two young girls who show up unexpectedly at the home of a married man where they seduce him and wreak havoc on his perfect life.
Roth will collaborate with his "Aftershock" co-writers Nicolas Lopez and Guillermo Amoedo on the script for the project.
Roth and Colleen Camp will produce.
Production aims to begin in April.
Roth also remains attached to direct the Dracula movie "Harker"
