Happy 1st Birthday!

It's hard to believe that a year has already gone by since I started The Last Reel blog!! Can you stand the excitement! Time flies when you are having fun!

I would like to take this occasion to thank all of my readers for their continued support over the last 365 days. It's much appreciated! I hope you have enjoyed my coverage and unique take on the film industry... A shout out must also be given to all of my media sources. To those websites and publications...Thank You.

This has certainly been quite a year:

From Paramount Pictures buying DreamWorks Pictures SKG, to the celebrity meltdowns of Tom Cruise (What’s his next movie, anyway? ) and Mel Gibson (His new film poses marketing challenge--Well Duhhh!) , to the film fests and big awards shows (Crash wins Best Picture at the Oscars...), the talented folks that have left us...Summer '06: Pirates of the Caribbean-Dead Man's Chest, X-Men The Last Stand, and of course, Superman Returns (BTW-The film hit the coveted $200 million mark in the U.S. a few days ago), premieres, casting news, all the problems that Casino Royale had out of the gate...Trailers...it's all been discussed here...

I hope I can get even better at this as the next year begins...
