-''Mean Girls'' director doing ''Seven Days''

Mark Waters has been tapped to helm 'Seven Days', a comedy-drama that chronicles seven pivotal days in a man's life during the course of 20 years, with each segment of the film beginning as he wakes up that day...

-Singleton to direct 'Executive Order'

John Singleton will call the shots for the thriller.

Philip Eisner's script, follows the residents of a small, snowbound town, who band together to fight a mysterious horror that turns out to be an alien being unleashed by a plane crash.

-Hollywood legend Sidney Lumet has signed a 2 picture film deal.

Funky Buddha Group have stumped up the cash for ' Getting Out', and have also agreed to finance a further film for the ever-green director, with the option for a third. 'Getting Out", revolves around a prisoner who becomes locked in a dangerous battle of wits with his psychiatrist while attempting to break out of jail..

-G-Force director Hoyt Yeatman has nabbed Cage, Morgan and Buscemi for the 2009 flick

The trio will voice super-intelligent commando animals in Disney's live-action/CG feature.
