The story will follow Gorham as a recently widowed man who must learn to cope with being a single father to his 9-year-old autistic son, Po (Julian Feder).
John Asher calls action from Colin Goldman's script from a story he conceived with Steve C. Roberts.
Asher and Rod Hamilton will produce while Roberts and Darby Parker will executive produce the film.
Production begins in April.
