Lawrence And Spielberg Proclaim "It's What I Do"

Deadline reports that Warner Bros. has inked a deal to adapt photojournalist Lynsey Addario's memior "It's What I Do: A Photographer's Life Of Love And War"


The story follows with a Pulitzer Prize-winning female journalist (Jennifer Lawrence is tipped to stor) who goes into the most dangerous places in the world in search of truth.She explored how Afghans suffered during the Taliban regime and covered the Iraq War, Darfur victims, mass rape in the Congo, and the Libyan Civil War during which she was kidnapped by pro-Muammar Gaddafi  forces.

Steven Spielberg is attached to direct the film.

Andrew Lazar is set to produce the project.

Warners appears to have beaten out a bunch of bidders for the project with other major names linked to those potential versions including Darren Aronofsky, George Clooney, Reese Witherspoon, Natalie Portman and Margot Robbie.
