John Woo is set direct an adaptation of the comic book Caliber says Variety.Radical Comics tale puts King Arthur and his knights as 19th century gunslingers in the Pacific Northwest.
Woo sems like a good fit here--as long as the action of the narrative stays within its story minus overdone flourish
Woo's plate is full of projects like the ancient war epic "Red Cliff" (Chi bi) and the Chinese Revolution romancr "1949"-among 5 others.
Guess he'll just have to fit this in somehow.
