Writing duo David Guion & Michael Handelman are going to adapt British author P B Kerr's children's fantasy novel "Children of the Lamp" series for the big screen, according to The Hollywood Reporter.The "Lamp" novels are about a family of a genie who disguise themselves as humans but can still grant wishes.
Lee Hall worked on the 1st draft of the script.
Sounds like fun.
