Quentin Tarantino is hoping both Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt will join his upcoming World War II epic "Inglorious Bastards" reports Variety.
Tarantino met with Pitt in France on Tuesday to talk about the possibility of Pitt playing the key role of Aldo Raine. He'll talk with DiCaprio for the role of the villain Hans Landa tomorrow.
This is the first time either actor would be appearing in a Tarantino-helmed project which is currently seeking a co-financing partner to handle offshore territories. Shooting commences this Fall in Germany and France.
I'm not a big fan of Tarintino's way of making flicks but if Pitt and DiCaprio climb aboard the project-it would probably be the greatest on screen team since Al Pacino and Robert De Niro in Heat or more recently Russell Crowe and Christian Bale in '07's 3:10 to Yuma ,
I would see that for sure.
