Screen Gems has landed Sonny Mallhi spec thriller "Roommate" reports Variety.The story centers on Sara, a college student randomly assigned to a freshman dorm with a stranger named Rebecca. The pair start off as friends but things turn deadly as Rebecca begins to target people in Sara's life.
Sounds a lot like the 1992 thriller Single White Female...Still it could be fun if it's cast correctly.
