The Next Move For Yates?

With Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 in theaters-director David Yates is ready to move on to his next gig according Vulture.

2 projects are at the top of the list

First there's the big screen version of another best seller Stephen King's The Stand which if he takes it on--the story would be adapted into a three film arc. Yates will decide if he wants to do the film sometime over the next two weeks.

And there's the Al Capone origin story "Cicero" which was originally developed as a 70's TV pilot by "The Wild Bunch" writer Walon Green.

The script is now being reworked into a film with "Inception" star Tom Hardy attached to the project

Chatter indictes that the premise could be turned into a franchise with the first film chronicling the gangster's rise to the top of the Chicago criminal ladder

Hardy's involvement will depend upon the schedule for "Mad Max: Fury Road" with the idea that Hardy may do "Cicero" before shooting 'Max' next year.
