Oin and Gloin (John Callen and Peter Hambleton) are Northern Dwarves and distant cousins of Thorin Oakenshield and join the journey because they have a substantial sum of money invested in the venture. Gloin is the proud father of a young son, Gimli, who will go on to become part of the Fellowship of the Ring.
They help make up a group that travel with Bilbo (Martin Freeman) on his journey. They also include Jed Brophy as Nori, Adam Brown as Ori and Mark Hadlow as Dori--and Thorin (Richard Armitage)
