The story follows two men who live far apart and learn they shared the same father and inherit the family home in Capri.
Giancarlo Giannini, Maria Grazia Cucinotta and Nicolas Vaporidis also star.
Boris Damast will direct using a screenplay that he wrote with Blake Armstrong and Giovanni Labadessa.
Andrea Kikot, Max Czertok, Steven G. Kaplan and Stefan Menz will produce the film.
Production begins in the US and Italy this spring.
