Captain America: Stars On The Head To Head With MOS 2

The stars of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" were asked by Access Hollywood about the May 6th 2016 release date showdown between Marvel's "Captain America 3" and rival DC Entertainment's Superman/Batman team-up Man of Steel Sequel.

Not surprisingly, all three think Captain America will be able to claim victory:

Sebastian Stan: "All you really have to know [to answer] that question is just look at the track record of Marvel vs DC... Green Lantern. You know, I'm biased. I'm on this side."

Chris Evans: "I didn't even know that. Wow, really? Wait a minute, so you're saying we have to go against them? Well, that's a shame."

Samuel L. Jackson: "The bar is going higher and higher and hopefully these guys can get up there on that bar. DC's having some issues. DC's having a little trouble with Marvel."

Meantime The Hollywood Reporter spoke to the Cap 3 co-screenwriter Christopher Markus about the superhero cinema face off. He said: "I think when two cars drive at each other, somebody has to veer off eventually"

The Marvel Cinematic Universe may be beating up on the DC Cinematic Universe--On TV though The CW's Arrow is a much better show than Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The Superman begins series Smallville ran for 10 seasons. The also have two more promising shows on the way with The Flash and Gotham
