Kyle Bornheimer Rides The "D-Train"

Kyle Bornheimer has joined the indie comedy "D-Train" says THR.


Jarrad Paul and Andrew Mogel are attached to make their directorial debuts using their script telling the story of a middle American high school reunion committee chairman (Jack Black), still searching for acceptance doing  whatever it takes to get the school's most popular guy from high school  (James Marsden) to show up to their 20-year reunion. Problem is, he is now a failed actor working in commercials. Black's character flies to Los Angeles to penetrate the world of celebrities and get the man to come along.

Bornheimer will play Randy, a high school friend of both character

Mike White will also star in the movie as Black's friend in high school. Nat Faxon is in talks to join the cast in an yet unspecified role.

White, David Bernard, Priyanka Mattoo, Barnaby Thompson and Ben Latham-Jones are producing.

Production takes place in New Orleans
