Woody Harrelson and Ben Foster may reunite with their Messenger director Oren Moverman for Rampart says Production Weekly.Mark Gordon's going to produce the pic co. and was written by James Ellroy. Not much else is known but the title could refer to the LAPD 's Rampart Division, a division that has been in hot water on more than one occasion.
Stephen Frears was attached to direct this film at one point
