The folks over at Batman-On-Film say that suits at Warner Bros.are expected to make an official " Batman 3 announcement this July. Like the 2006 announcement for The Dark Knight which revealed the film's official title, Heath Ledger's casting and the release date.
This announcement may come earlier with director Christopher Nolan doing press for Inception in early July--he will no doubt be asked a lot about the next Bats film.
