A third film in the "Bridget Jones" franchise is in the works reports Variety.
Star Renee Zellweger will reprise her role as a British publishing executive struggling to find love.
The story will likely be based on author Helen Fielding work--newspaper columns from 2005 which will see Bridget, now in her 40s, attempting to have a baby before it's too late.
No writer or director has been assigned to the project,
The film will probably go into production at the end of next year
