Gad Takes "Drugs"

Actor/comedian Josh Gad will try his hand at another dramatic role joining the business-world pic "Love and Other Drugs"" says The Hollywood Reporter.

Based upon Jamie Reidy's nonfiction book "Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman" the story follows a salesman (Jake Gyllenhaal) who competes in the cutthroat world of pharmaceuticals to hawk a male enhancement drug and enters into a relationship with a woman (Anne Hathaway) with Parkinson's Disease.

Gad plays Gyllenhaal's brother, a vulgar but successful dot-com entrepreneur who moves in with his bro

Ed Zwick (Defiance) is directing the project, formerly titled Pharma, which Charles Randolph (The Interpreter) adapted.
