Matthew Rhys has joined the Welsh and Spanish-language road movie "Patagonia" according to Variety.
The story sees a thirty-something Welsh couple (Rhys and Nia Roberts) travel to Argentina to reassess their relationship amid the Welsh settlements of Patagonia. Meanwhile, an elderly woman travels in the opposite direction, accompanied by a young, reluctant companion.
Laurence Coriat wrote the script while Marc Evans calls Action
Shooting will begin in Argentina early next year.
Meanwhile, Justin Long joins the comedy "Youth in Revolt" says The Hollywood Reporter.
Portia Doubleday makes her feature film debut as Michael Cera's love interest in Miguel Arteta's adaptation of the popular book by CD Payne.
Gustin Nash, Arteta and Cera wrote the adapted screenplay.
