Points of Interest

- Even with all of those re-writes by star Edward Norton original "The Incredible Hulk scribe Zak Penn still received sole writing credit. Meanwhile-early reviews of the film, from AICN and the IESB seem very positive--despite all of its production woes.

The more footage I see the less jazzed I am...TIH opens on Friday...

- Filming on Bryan Singer's "Valkyrie" starts up again soon with three additional scenes set to be shot in North Africa within the next three weeks.

With all of it's reshoots and release date changes--I'm more worried-than excited about this one as well...

- Brett Ratner has confirmed that the fourth "Beverly Hills Cop" flick will go the way of "Die Hard" franchise and go from an R-rated series into a PG-13 action film safe for kids.

-Star Trek reboot writer Roberto Orci told TrekMovie.com that the studio suits already want to lock him and writing pal Alex Kurtzman, into penning a sequel

-Eric Bana is joining the cast of Judd Apatow's next film according to CHUD.

The comedy-drama follows a group of stand-up comedians and already has Adam Sandler, Leslie Mann and Seth Rogen in its cast..

I had no idea, until I read his full bio that Bana started out as a comedian in his native Australia doing stand-up before spending much of his late twenties doing the comedic sketch show "Full Frontal" for four years.

-The comic book graphic novel "Final Orbit" is being adapted for the big screen according to Variety.

The comic tells the story of a lottery that gives thrill-seekers a chance to vacation aboard a newly completed International Space Station.

But the trips turns nightmarish after the station is damaged, trapping tourists in a crippled module with no trained astronauts to help them.

Russell Gewirtz is writing the script.

-Christian Bale chats about working with the late Heath Ledger on July 18th's "The Dark Knight".
