Courting Crowley...

Harrison Ford headlines drama "Crowley" says Variety.

Based on the true story of married couple John and Aileen Crowley with two children who have a rare genetic disorder.

Refusing to give up hope over his kids and their health, John Crowley found a researcher (Ford) with a possible cure.

Robert Nelson Jacobs wrote the screenplay, which was inspired by a Wall Street Journal article and subsequent book by Geeta Anand.

Tom Vaughan is negotiating to direct and production will begin as soon as possible

After the silly fun of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull--I suspected that Ford would get serious for his next flick. Considering that Vaughn just came off of the comedy What Happens in Vegas...it appears that he too, wanted to shift gears.
