*Matthew Cirulnick has signed on to write an adaptation of T.J. English's 50's Cuban gangster-themed best-seller "Havana Nocturne"for the big screen says The Hollywood Reporter.

*Dan Gordon is writing the con man drama "The King of Sting" says The Hollywood Reporter.

*Shane Salerno has sold the action-comedy pitch "License to Steal" says Variety.

*THR says Jonathan Abrams sold his romantic comedy script "The Wedding Doctor".

The story follows a nervous bride with cold free who seeks the help of a relationship analyst to make sure she's marrying the right person. Trouble is he decides that he is the one she should be marrying...

*Kyle Pennekamp and Scott Turpel sold their comedy spec script "Get a Job" says Variety.

The story centers on a college graduate and his friends who are compelled to lower life expectations when they leave campus for the real world.

*Saul Dibb directs the 19th century-set flick "Spider Dance" says The Hollywood Reporter.

*Ramon Rodriguez (pictured), who plays the college roommate of Shia LaBeouf in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, will likely have a bigger part in the sequel according to the LA Times




*Robert Rodriguez confirmed to AICN that Nimród Antal is set to direct the reboot of the "Predators" franchise which will see "a very intense group of people stranded on a Predator planet"...

*Seth Rogen and Barbra Streisand teaming up for a flick? It could happen...
