The story revolves around a bitter struggle for Papal power between two cardinals following the death of the Pope. Thomas plays a devout Catholic mother whose investigations into the death of her Swiss Guard son lead her to uncover this web of intrigue.
Production begins in Rome and Switzerland next June.
