John Cusack will star in Jack, for Brad Anderson ("Transsiberian," "The Machinist") accoeding to Bloody Disgusting. David Venable's script follows a serial killer (Cusack) who gets amnesia and can't remember any of the lives he has taken. As a romance blooms with a doctor, his true memories start to resurface and he must decide whether to keep his new life or return to his true nature.
