Hobbit Gets A Conchord

Flight of the Conchords star Bret McKenzie will appear in the currently filming The Hobbit: Part 1/The Hobbit: Part 2  reports The Dominion Post and THR

McKenzie popped up twice in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy in cameos lasting a few seconds and in the process earned the nickname Figwit.

Now, in the 'Hobbit' films, McKenzie will play an elf called Lindir, which means "song" in the Elvish dialect of Sindarin
