Kinnaman Goes To A "Safe" Place

Joel Kinnaman has joined the cast of the upcoming thriller Safe House says Heat Vision



The film follows a young intelligence agent (Ryan Reynolds) at a CIA-run safe house who must help a criminal (Denzel Washington)  being kept there and avoid being killed by villains who want him dead.

Kinnaman--One of the stars of star of the hit TV series The Killing--will play a man who operates the safe house in what THR calls "a key role."

Nora Arnezeder, Brendan Gleeson, Ruben BladesLiam Cunningham, Tim McGraw, Robert Patrick, Vera Farmiga and Sam Shepard also star.

Daniel Espinoza ("Snabba Cash") directs the project. David Guggenheim wrote the initial script that  was rewritten by Terry George.

Scott Stuber is producing the project which is already in production set for release on February 10, 2012..
