Denzel Washington May Take "Flight" with Robert Zemeckis

Robert Zemeckis is famous for films like Cast Away and Forrest Gump. However, over the last ten years, he’s delved into the sketchy world of motion-capture features and with little to show for it; his last film, Disney’s family comedy Mars Needs Moms bombed at the box office.

Zemeckis won’t be fooling around with that technology again soon, so he’s currently negotiating to take the director’s seat for the Paramount drama Flight. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Denzel Washington might hop on board as the film’s leading character, a pilot with drug and alcohol problems.

How do you feel about this project?
