Megaton Charts Land Of The Living

Olivier Megaton ("Colombiana," "Taken 2") has signed on to direct the abduction thriller "Land Of The Living" says Deadline.

Sean Gullette wrote the script adaptation of author Nicci French's book that follows a young Los Angeles advertising executive who is abducted. She escapes and tracks down her would-be killer on her own.

Alexandra Milchan, Scott Steindorff, Marc Frydman, Scott Lambert and Peter Fruchtman will produce the film.

Production is expected to kick off in January.
