Barton plays a young woman who travels from her small town in Romania for a better life in Italy but is soon bought by a pimp (Madsen) and sold on to a brutal man (Trejo) who intends to torture them in a snuff movie.
David Petrucci is directing the film from a screenplay by Francesco Trento, Damiano Giacomelli, Francesco Teresi and Loretta Tersigni.
Andrea Iervolino and Monika Bacardi Cosetta Turco are producing the pic.
Filming begins this month in Rome.
