The Black Swan-riffing story follows three dancers - one's a veteran while the other two are upstarts and best pals, who all try for the leading role in a new production from a snobby, oversexed helmer.
Anthony Anderson Regina King, and Kevin Hart, are up to return for the sequel.
Malcolm D. Lee (Undercover Brother) will direct and, with David Zucker, has co-written the film.
Zucker will also produce the pic.
Production kicks off this Summer ahead of a release in January.
