The first film from the newly relaunched Picturehouse company will be part concert movie, part coming-of-age drama, "Metallica Through The Never" plans to shake up the concert movie sub genre says The Wrap.
"Chronicle" and "Lawless" actor Dane DeHaan plays a young Band crew member who is sent out on an urgent mission while Metallica is playing a live set in front of a sold-out crowd. He soon unexpectedly finds his world turned upside down.

Picturehouse chief Bob Berney says "it’s an entertaining genre film with a concert inside it … it’s a very cool project to reboot Picturehouse with."
The film is has an August 9th release planned.
