Fanning Fawns Over "Robin Hood"

Dakota Fanning has joined the Hollywood  biopic "The Last Of Robin Hood" says Deadline.

The story is based on actor Errol Flynn (Kevin Kline)'s final days before he died of a heart attack at age 50, and his relationship with 17 year-old actress Beverly Aadland (Fanning)- a girl allegedly seduced by Flynn when she was only 15.  She eventually grew to love him and co-starred with him in his last film--1959's Cuban Rebel Girls.

Susan Sarandon is attached to co-star as Beverly's stage mother Florence Aadland who lived vicariously through her daughter.

"Quinceañera" directing duo Richard Glatzer and Wash Westmoreland will call action from their own original screenplay.

Christine Vachon, Pam Koffler and Maggie Malina will produce.

Production is due to kick off shortly.
